Finding an exercise to get rid of cellulite is tough. Cellulite is fat that gets caught in between layers of skin. It’s not easy to get rid of but not impossible either. Here are 3 tips that will help get rid of that cellulite.
The best thing you can do with these tips is to write them down somewhere. Get a notebook or some printer paper Write your goal at the top. Something like “I will have no cellulite on my thighs by (you fill in the date)”
Make it some thing like two months out. You want this goal to challenge you but so much that you set yourself up for failure.
NEVER set yourself up for failure.
Now list each exercise to get rid of cellulite on that piece of paper as the things you are going to do to achieve this goal.
Now put that piece of paper somewhere that you can see it every day. I know it sounds trite but TRUST me it will remind you of your goal and will motivate you to achieve it.
1.) Heart Exercises :
This one is really easy. Just do something ANYTHING that gets your heart rate up for an hour a day. Hey you can start with 30 minutes. Heck 15 minutes if thats all you can do. Just get started and work your way up to an hour as you go.
This is a great exercise to get rid of cellulite. Not to mention you’ll live longer. BONUS!!

There are plenty of fun activities that you can do. Your local YMCA as a great place to start. One of the great things about this is that your whole family can enjoy time together while you all get healthier.
2.) Since cellulite is fat that is caught in between skin layers its important to eat a diet that will help you burn fat.
Drink more water. you should be drinking 5 8oz glasses of H2O, minimum. This helps in many ways. It helps to flush your system. This is flushing fat from your system so its a GOOD thing ![]()
If you drink water instead of sodas or other drinks that have sugar in them you will be automatically reducing your caloric intake. If your like most people in America you’ll find that drinking water alone is not easy. There are many great alternatives to soda on the market these days like vitamin water and other lightly flavored waters that taste great but have A LOT less calories than even some diet sodas.
3.) Eat Healthy Snacks
Making a switch to healthy eating doesn’t just happen on its own, you need to plan because once your hunger kicks in your gonna eat whatever is handy. Planning in advance is important so here a few tips to keep you an the right track.
Stock the fridge with healthy snacks that are prepared and ready to go. Peel those carrots and cut them up into nice bite sized chunks. Place those in a container with water in the fridge. You can do this with many vegetables so its nice to have a small portion of different veggies lined up. Cucumbers, radishes and celery are great for this kind of thing.
If your on the go get yourself a small cooler that you can stock up with good healthy treats.
